The Uoara is proud of using the very fresh marine products as well as other ingredients.
Especially, the iki「活」stands for the Japanese tiger prawns which are still living when the cooking starts.
Every morning they are put into a fish-preserved-tank equipped on the corner of the restaurant, and caught there for the cooking at the fresh condition as soon as you place an order.
You will enjoy the entirely new taste !
According to your preference, the ikiebi「活海老」as the prawn is used for the various kinds of Uoara cuisine. The No.1 menu is ikitendon 「活天丼」. Please see line-up of menu.

Obviously, the Uoara uses any other food as well as ikiebi「活海老」 which are fresh and safe for your health.
Some examples are as shown below;
The fresh raw whitebaits unloaded at fish harbor next door, are delivered to Uoara every morning(in between April and October).
Oysters are (in between November and February).
